1.     What is your fitness mantra?
    Consistency over intensity. Show up every day, even if it’s just a little.

2.    Is mental fitness as important as physical?
        Absolutely. Without mental strength, physical fitness has no anchor. The two must move together.

3.    What is your exercise routine like?
    Strength training three times a week, Pilates three times a week, and long walks with intuitive movement. I work with my body, not against it.

4.     Any particular food you can't resist even when on a diet?
    Chocolate. I have a serious sweet tooth, but I also believe that pleasure, in moderation, is essential.

5.    Do you meditate?
    Yes – through prayer, breath, and moments of stillness. Prayer is my meditation.

6.    Do you have any quick fixes, any herbal remedies, tonics you turn to when low and need a boost?
    Sleep is my best reset. I also drink three to four litres of water daily, take my supplements religiously, and am mindful of what I eat – more importantly, when I eat. 

7.    How do you choose to detox after a particularly decadent night?
    I rarely do late nights, as sleep is very important to me. Clean food, plenty of water, gentle movement, and an early night. I realign rather than punish.

8.    What do you do to get back in shape quickly?
    Don’t think I’ve ever been out of shape. I live by consistent habits that support a high quality of life.  

9.    The buffed muscle look or the lean toned look?
    Toned, lean, athletic – feminine strength with grace.

10.    Who is that one person you think is ultra fit?
         Anyone who shows up for themselves every day – with intention, balance, mental strength. If I had to name one person, I would say Shilpa Shetty.
